By using any Frontier AI product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frontier AI's products and services, including Sentri and Radian (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Frontier AI provides the following services:
- Sentri: An AI-powered comment capture and classification system for Facebook and Instagram live selling sessions
- Radian: A multi-platform content distribution and analytics platform for content creator agencies
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
- Operate a legitimate business or creator agency
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your use of our Services complies with applicable platform terms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok)
- Providing accurate information during onboarding and account setup
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of platform terms
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Use our Services to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
6. Third-Party Platform Compliance
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, and TikTok. You agree to:
- Comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each connected platform
- Only connect accounts and pages for which you have proper authorisation
- Accept that Frontier AI is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that may affect our Services
7. Payment and Subscription
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing:
- You agree to pay the fees specified in your subscription plan
- Payments are due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced
- Monthly fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
8. Intellectual Property
Frontier AI and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, interfaces, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your active subscription period.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or connect to our Services. By using our Services, you grant Frontier AI a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:
- Downtime caused by third-party platform API changes or outages
- Interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Scheduled maintenance windows (which we will communicate in advance where possible)
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontier AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Frontier AI in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Frontier AI may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice
- You engage in conduct that is illegal or harmful to other users or our systems
- Required to do so by applicable law or platform policy
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
