By using any Frontier AI product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frontier AI's products and services, including Sentri and Radian. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, operate a legitimate business or creator agency, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activities under your account, ensuring compliance with applicable platform terms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok), providing accurate information during onboarding, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to violate any applicable law, distribute spam or misleading content, scrape data in violation of platform terms, disrupt our Services, gain unauthorised access to our systems, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

6. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Our Services integrate with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Reddit, and TikTok. By using Sentri, you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Platform Developer Policies, and the community guidelines of each connected platform.

You further agree to only connect accounts for which you have proper administrator authorisation, and not to use data obtained through Meta APIs for advertising or any purpose not permitted under Meta Platform Terms.

7. Payment and Subscription

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified in your subscription plan. Payments are due monthly in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. Monthly fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Frontier AI and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, interfaces, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your active subscription period. You retain ownership of all content you upload or connect to our Services.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platform API changes, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or scheduled maintenance windows.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontier AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Frontier AI in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Frontier AI may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that is illegal or harmful, or if required to do so by applicable law or platform policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
