This Privacy Policy describes how Frontier AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use our products — Sentri and Radian — and when you access our platforms via Facebook, Instagram, and other connected services.

1. Who We Are

Frontier AI is an automation software company based in the Philippines. We build AI-powered platforms for businesses and content creator agencies. Our products include:

Sentri — a Facebook and Instagram comment capture and AI classification system that monitors and analyses comments across posts and interactions on connected Business Pages
Radian — a multi-platform content distribution and analytics platform for content creator agencies

2. Information We Collect

For Sentri (Facebook & Instagram integration):

Facebook Page access tokens provided by the page administrator
Comments posted on Facebook and Instagram posts on your connected Business Page, including all post types (standard posts, live videos, reels, stories, and other content formats)
Commenter names and Facebook profile IDs (publicly visible data)
Post URLs and comment timestamps
Product or order information extracted from comments where applicable

For Radian (Content distribution):

OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts (Twitter/X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok)
Content files (images, videos) uploaded by users
Captions and scheduling preferences
Analytics data fetched from connected platform APIs (follower counts, views, clicks)
Creator account information provided during onboarding

Account and usage data:

Email addresses used to create accounts
Login session data
Platform usage logs for error monitoring and debugging

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to operate and improve our services:

To classify and process Facebook and Instagram comments on your behalf (Sentri)
To distribute content to connected social media platforms on your behalf (Radian)
To display analytics data within your dashboard
To send notifications (Telegram alerts, Discord alerts) as configured by you
To detect and fix errors in our automation systems
To provide customer support when requested

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Facebook and Instagram Data

Both Sentri and Radian integrate with Facebook and Instagram APIs operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Sentri — Comment Capture

We access comments on your Page's posts using permissions you have explicitly granted
We read public comment data across all post types — standard posts, reels, live videos, and other content formats
We do not access private messages or personal profiles of commenters
We store your Page Access Token securely to maintain the connection
You may revoke access at any time via your Facebook Business Page settings

Radian — Content Publishing & Analytics

We publish content to your Instagram account using permissions you have explicitly granted
We fetch analytics data for display in your Radian dashboard
We store your Instagram OAuth token securely and use it only for actions you have authorised
You may revoke access at any time via your Instagram account settings

We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy. Data obtained through Meta APIs is:

Never used for advertising, retargeting, or audience profiling
Never used to train AI models
Never sold or shared with any third party beyond what is required to operate the service
Never transferred to data brokers or analytics aggregators

5. AI Processing of Facebook Data

To provide Sentri's comment classification features, comment text is processed by the Anthropic Claude API. When comment data is sent:

Only comment text and minimal contextual data are transmitted — no unnecessary personal identifiers
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
Anthropic processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy
Comment data is not used by Anthropic to train models under their standard API terms

By using Sentri, you consent to this AI processing of comment data from your connected Facebook Business Page.

6. Data Storage and Security

All platform OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest
Access tokens are never exposed in client-facing interfaces
All API calls are made server-side through our secure automation infrastructure
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Access to your data is restricted to authorised Frontier AI systems only

7. Data Sharing

We share your data only in these limited circumstances:

Platform APIs: When distributing content, we send data to the respective platform APIs as instructed by you
AI processing: Comment text is processed via the Anthropic Claude API for classification purposes
Notification services: Alert content is sent to Telegram or Discord as configured by you
Infrastructure providers: We use Hetzner cloud infrastructure. These providers do not access your data
Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon termination:

OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted within 30 days
Stored content files are deleted within 30 days
Analytics snapshots may be retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To request deletion, visit our Data Deletion page or contact us at support@frontierailabs.tech. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
