Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data Frontier AI holds about you across all of our products — Sentri, Radian, and any future platforms. This page explains what data we hold per product and how to request its permanent deletion.
What Data We Hold — By Product
Sentri — Live Selling Comment Capture
- Your Facebook Page Access Token
- Public comments captured from your connected Facebook Business Page
- Commenter names and Facebook profile IDs from those comments
- Post URLs, comment timestamps, and product order information
- Your account email address and subscription details
- System logs related to your account activity
Radian — Content Distribution & Analytics
- OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts
- Content files (images, videos) you have uploaded
- Captions, scheduling data, and posting preferences
- Analytics snapshots fetched from connected platform APIs
- Your account email address and creator profile information
- System logs related to your account activity
All Frontier AI Products — Common Data
- Email address used to create and manage your account
- Billing and payment records (retained separately — see retention policy below)
- Support communications and helpdesk records
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1 — Email Request (Recommended)
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Your full name, email address on your account, which products you are requesting deletion for (Sentri, Radian, or all), and any connected platform account names where relevant.
Full deletion will be completed within 30 days of your verified request.
Option 2 — Disconnect via Facebook Settings (Sentri)
Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
Click on the app to open its details.
This revokes Sentri's access immediately. Follow up with an email request to ensure stored data is also deleted from our systems.
Option 3 — Disconnect via Platform Settings (Radian)
For Twitter/X, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok — navigate to their connected apps or app authorisation settings.
Revoke access for each platform individually.
Revoking platform access stops future data collection but does not automatically delete data already stored in our systems.
Deletion Timeline
What Cannot Be Deleted
Certain records may be retained beyond 30 days only where required by law:
- Financial transaction and billing records (retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance under Philippine law)
- Records required to resolve active disputes or legal claims
All other data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within the timelines above.
Confirmation of Deletion
Once your data has been fully deleted, we will send written confirmation to your account email address specifying what was deleted, which product it relates to, and the date of deletion.
